Trademarks
A Trade Mark is the way in which you identify and distinguish yourself and your goods or services from your competitors. It informs customers that the goods or services they are about to buy are from you, will be of a particular quality and they can expect all future purchases bearing your Trade Mark to be of equal quality.
- العلامه التجاريه هي الشعار الذي يميز الشركة اوالمنتج او الخدمة وتسجيل علامتك التجارية يحمي منتجاتك او اسم شركتك من الغش والتقليد مما يضر بسمعة المؤسسة و حمايتك من عدم استغلال علامتك التجارية والقيام بتسجيلها من قبل الغير و حماية المستهلك من الوقوع في فخ السلع المقلدة والمغشوشة.
- يكفل تسجيل العلامة التجارية لصاحبها الإنتفاع بها او التصريح لشخص آخر بالإنتفاع بها مقابل مبلغ معين او بيعها او التنازل عنها.
- عدم تسجيل العلامة التجارية يمنع صاحب العلامة من مقاضاة الغير في حالة استخدام العلامة الخاصة به.
